Designed for anyone who loves to move, this workshop invites you to break free from traditional studio settings and discover the limitless possibilities of movement in the world around you. This workshop tends to create a space for negotiation, interconnection, and hybrid forms of expression between the body and its environment, where the idea of culturally diversified societies emerges through. The three day workshop is free and open to everyone above 14 years. Registration is mandatory.

About the Mentors:
Papia Chakraborty is contemporary dancer and choreographer with 16 years of Kathak training, a diploma in Movement Art and a certificate course in choreographic approach. Her movement explorations are inspired by surrounding behavioural patterns, martial arts, sports activities, and simple movements where the audience can see their reflection.
Surendra Tekale is a contemporary dance artist and is known for his performances across various plays and esteemed theatre festivals. His work is in a style of physical theatre and experimental dance theatre and focuses on social, political, and environmental issues.
