Arthshila Goa

Arthshila Goa, a multi-arts centre, is designed to facilitate artistic expressions and curate creative experiences. The centre houses an amphitheatre, exhibition spaces, workshop spaces, a reading room, café and more. With regular programmes across visual arts, theatre, music, dance, literature, and film, the centre will offer a diverse and inspirational range of experiences and interactions.

Tangible Mosaic

As part of the Takshila Fine Arts Fellowship 2024, six artists, Naveen Tungana, Shamim Akhtar, Sumit Kumar, Nabam Hema, Srishti Gupta & Kunda Kumar, expanded their practice through renewed engagement with research, material, and process. Working with found objects, images, news articles, stories, and poetry, the artists use both personal and reflective approaches. For them, material becomes more than just a medium - it is a metaphor, a language of thought and critique. Through mentorship and dialogue, the fellowship enabled deeper reflection on their research and practice. The mentors for this edition were Archana Hande & Shambhavi Singh.
