Join us at 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗻𝗮 for 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴, a sarod recital celebrating the rich traditions and expressive beauty of Hindustani classical music.

Presented by 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗸 𝗥𝗼𝘆, 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴 draws on his training under 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘃 𝗗𝗮𝘀 𝗚𝘂𝗽𝘁𝗮 and 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗻, bringing together melody, rhythm and improvisation through the evocative voice of the sarod.

He will be accompanied on tabla by 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗡𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘆, who began his training under 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗮𝗷 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗷𝗲𝗲 of the Farukhabad gharana and is presently under the tutelage of 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗔𝗿𝘂𝗽 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗷𝗲𝗲.

𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴 invites you to an intimate evening of Hindustani classical music, where the sarod and tabla come together in a dialogue of melody and rhythm.
