Sawani Mudgal is a Hindustani classical vocalist trained by her father, Pt. Madhup Mudgal, at Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Delhi, founded by her grandfather Pt. Vinaya Chandra Maudgalya. A gold medalist in M.A. Music from Khairagarh University, she also holds an Alankar Pratham in vocal music from the Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal. Deeply rooted in tradition, her music reflects both rigorous training and a sensitive, expressive approach. She continues to explore the devotional and poetic dimensions of Hindustani music with dedication and finesse.
