This film explores the expansive artistic oeuvre of Atul Dodiya and his deep engagement with the history of art and themes surrounding India’s freedom movement.

Following his paintings and creative process, the documentary pieces together a portrait of the artist, exploring the impulses, ideas, and experiences that shape his work and his responses to the world around him.

𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 (𝗣𝗦𝗕𝗧) commissions and mentors films driven by personal passion and social relevance, expanding the possibilities of documentary practice. Since 2000, PSBT-supported films have been screened at nearly 2,000 international film festivals and have received over 340 awards.
