The Ahmedabad Commons weekend is taking place for the third time on the weekend of 9th and 10th March, celebrating the city’s Architecture with open visits to more than 20 buildings. The session intends to create a space and time to share the experiences of the visits to the buildings and have conversations about the state and role of Architecture in Ahmedabad.

𝗔𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀 is an annual architecture ‘open house’ weekend. Over two days the public is given the opportunity to visit some of Ahmedabad’s important buildings. These visits are intended to enable the people to see the exemplary architecture of the city and to understand the difference good design can make to the city. All visits are free. Ahmedabad Commons aims to bring together architecture and citizens and discuss relevant issues regarding the state and role of architecture in Ahmedabad, bringing awareness to the city’s Architecture.
