Join us for a special walkthrough of 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗼𝗺: 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮’𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, led by 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶, 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵, 𝗗𝗔𝗚.

Monami works at the intersection of art history, cultural criticism, museum practices and digital communication. Her work translates scholarly research into accessible public-facing content and contributes to the creative direction of DAG’s digital platform. She also conceptualises and curates public programmes connecting archival research, spatial histories and Indian modern art.

The walkthrough will offer an opportunity to explore the exhibition, its artworks and the historical narratives that illuminate India’s path to Independence.
