The recital will feature compositions based on Monsoon Ragas, evoking the moods, colours and emotions of the rainy season.

The performance also reflects on the remarkable legacy of women performers in post-independence India, celebrating their enduring contribution to the evolution and continuity of Hindustani classical music.

Dr. Ramachandran will be accompanied by Bivash Sanghai on tabla and Rupashree Bhattacharya on harmonium, bringing together tradition, virtuosity and artistic dialogue in an immersive evening of music.
