Zubaan, in collaboration with Takshila Education Society, is commemorating the 20th anniversary of the Poster Women project with a three-exhibition-series at Arthshila Santiniketan, Goa and Ahmedabad.

Titled, 𝗭𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗮𝗻: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗨𝘀, the exhibition will feature Zubaan’s Poster Women collection, created collectively with 160+ women’s groups and individuals as an archive in 2006. Spanning the period from 1970s to the present day, the posters cover issues such as violence, health, political participation, the environment, religion and communalism, literacy, rights and marginalisation.
