The folk and tribal art collection at Takshila represents a rich diversity of art practices that encompass storytelling traditions and ritual art practices of communities, their connections to land and nature, and the changes over the past century that have led to shifts in their art. This exhibition features four themes: Connecting Trees, Gods on the Move, Quotidian Worlds, and Self and the World.
